There is so much to experience and so many things to try, that I can't sit still (except at work ha!); there are many places in the world that I want to see, and I'm determined to see them some day. For me, everyday is the best day of my life.

Goals for Adventure Racing:

My BIGGEST goal at the moment is to rappel from a decent height and Not Cry!! Other than that, I will always be trying to improve my running speed.

Renae is now back from a year of teaching in Japan.

I have a 'Fly and Decide in the Air' type of philosophy. I don't ever know if I've trained enough, or if I'm really ready for races that I sign up for; I just go out and do them anyway. This philosophy has worked so far: look, I'm still alive!
